What is included in your mobile bar service?

Our mobile bar service includes a fully equipped bar setup, WA State MAST and OLCC certified professional bartenders, customized drink menus, disposable glassware, mixers, garnishes, and basic bar supplies. We handle the setup and breakdown, so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Do you provide alcohol, or do we need to supply our own?

No, we cannot legally provide alcohol with your booking due to liquor licensing laws. However, The Tipsy Trotter provides everything else needed for your bartending service.

What types of events do you cater to?

The Tipsy Trotter caters to a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthday parties, private gatherings, and festivals. Whether you're hosting a small intimate gathering or a large celebration, we can customize our services to fit your event perfectly.

How far in advance should I book the mobile bar?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates during the wedding season and holidays. Ideally, book at least 3–6 months in advance to ensure availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if our schedule permits.

Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The  deposit amount will be applied toward your final bill. Full payment is due the day of the event.

Are your bartenders licensed and insured?

Absolutely. All of our bartenders are professionally trained, licensed, and insured in compliance with Washington State laws. They are also trained in responsible alcohol service to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Can you create a custom drink menu for my event?

Yes! We love creating customized drink menus tailored to your event theme and personal tastes.   Whether you have specific cocktails in mind or need suggestions, our team is here to craft the perfect drink list for your celebration.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

Our mobile bar setup is versatile and can accommodate different weather conditions. For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan, such as a tent or covered area. We do have a 10’ x 10’ and a 10’ x 20’ for rent. We can discuss options during the planning process to ensure your event runs smoothly, rain or shine.

Do you provide Non-Alcoholic drink options?

Yes, we offer a variety of Non-Alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, sodas, juices, and sparkling water, so everyone at your event can enjoy a refreshing drink.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will  forfeit. However, we understand that unexpected situations arise. We're happy to reschedule and apply the deposit to a new date to accommodate your needs.

Do you provide cleaning service? 

Yes. We are happy to stay longer and clean up. Additional hours will be added to your bill. 

What is the maximum number of guests you can serve? 

We have no guest limit! Our enthusiastic team is ready and eager to serve, no matter the size of your event. 

Where do you travel? 

We'll go anywhere you need us in the Pacific Northwest. The cost of travel beyond 50 miles from zip 98236 will be added to your final bill. 

Do you need any permits to operate the mobile bar at my event?

Depending on the location and nature of your event, a Special Occasion License or Banquet Permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board will  be required. General Liability Insurance is recommended.

How do I book Tipsy Trotter for my event?
